Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying and prioritizing patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse
  • One (1) year recent experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an ICU environment
  • Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others
