Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a focus on pre and post-procedural care in the Cath Lab environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procedural, critical care, or cardiac nursing.

Work Schedule:
This role involves Monday to Friday 10-hour shifts, with a rotation of day shifts. The nurse will be required to participate in on-call duties every sixth weekend to support cardiovascular testing.

Employment Type:
Full Time, 0.875 FTE, equating to 70 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift Details:
Day shifts

Compensation:
Hourly rate of $57.44, commensurate with relevant experience.

Role Summary:
The Registered Nurse will deliver proficient direct patient care, adhering to established standards and practices. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting thorough pre and post-procedure assessments and providing patient education.
  • Responding effectively to critical situations using established nursing protocols.
  • Delivering care in a complex clinical environment while ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Assessing the educational needs of patients and their families, offering tailored guidance based on individual circumstances.

Qualifications:
  • Credentials:
    Essential:
    * Registered Nurse
    * Basic Life Support Certification
  • Education:
    Minimum: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years of experience). Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Licensure:
    State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and BLS certification required.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 6 months RN experience or completion of a fellowship program.
