Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SummitStone Health Partners. As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in crisis with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, and ongoing physical and behavioral health assessments.
  • Engage with clients and families, coordinate transitions of care, and ensure compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives.
  • Work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.
Requirements
  • Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurse.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion, with the ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual and bi-cultural.
  • 1-year experience in a behavioral health setting.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate, with a typical hiring range of $35 to $42 per hour, based on relevant years of experience.
  • Eligibility for shift differentials, including a night shift differential of $7.00/hour.
