Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at WoodSpring Suites Jacksonville I-295 East, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with their stay.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
