Job Summary

Noble Suites Jacksonville is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Payment and Billing: Secure payment, verify and adjust billing, and compute bills.
  • Room Management: Maintain room inventory, assign rooms to guests, and keep records of room availability.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about hotel amenities and services, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as fires or medical emergencies, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as running reports, posting payments to guest folios, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of prior guest service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
