Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that support our organization's growth and success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and practices that foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services and programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that drive results.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
What We Offer
