Our Lodge:
Skamania Lodge is a place where you see the world a bit differently. Where you can slow down to fuel your soul in one of the most iconic and dramatic landscapes on earth. A place to unleash your inner adrenaline junkie or embrace your spirit animal. Our lodge proudly features 23 state-of-the-art meeting rooms with over 22,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including exhibit and banquet facilities. Our flexible meeting space ranges in size from 250 square feet for intimate gatherings to 7,000 square feet, accommodating food and beverage functions for up to 500 people. With an additional 175 acres of outdoor adventures waiting, there is no better place to lead the sales efforts.
Your Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, and registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the lodge, its amenities, and the local area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a sincere interest
- Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
- Promote and sell special lodge programs
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies
- Maintain house bank
- Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds
Compensation:
$17.00/Hr. - $17.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience
Benefits:

Schedule:
Part-time (less than 30 hours) and full-time (30+ hours) available. This is a 24-7, 365-day-a-year business that will require some work during nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed is highly desired.
