Reservations Agent

We're seeking a skilled and courteous Reservations Agent to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for answering telephone inquiries, processing reservations, and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly and courteous manner
• Employ sales techniques to secure and process reservations
• Share knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions with guests
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and book room reservations
• Collaborate with the Sales Department on group bookings
• Utilize initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty

Requirements
• Excellent typing skills and phone handling abilities
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent
Work Schedule
Must be available 8AM-8PM daily
