The Bell Person/Guest Services Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by welcoming guests to the hotel, assisting with luggage, and providing information about the hotel and its amenities. This role requires a high level of interaction with guests, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • One year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
