About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' stay is comfortable, clean, and exceptional by delivering great service and maintaining our guest room standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver items to guestrooms
Stock Linen closets
Support Room Attendants by stocking linen throughout the shift
Follow all safety/chemical standards
Empty trash from Room Attendant carts at the end of the day
Assist with cleaning the guest room if unexpected need occurs after Room Attendants are gone for the day or room unassigned
Strip vacant/dirt rooms
Perform cleaning tasks on assigned floors, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and collecting garbage
Assist guests and other staff members
Participate in team meetings

Requirements

A valid driver's license to drive the housekeeping golf cart
No formal education required
Six months of related experience preferred
Demonstrates the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Able to demonstrate and maintain consistent and efficient performance
Able to accomplish projects in a timely manner
