We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience. Your role will involve checking guests in, promoting hotel programs, and being knowledgeable about emergency procedures and policies.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a sincere interest
- Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
- Promote and sell special hotel programs
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies
- Maintain house bank
- Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00, as well as a range of benefits, including paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match. We also offer a hot free meal daily, free golf and mini golf, and discounts on food, retail, and spa services.
LocationOur location is situated in Stevenson, WA, with easy access to White Salmon, WA, Hood River, OR, and other nearby cities.
