Medical Business Development Strategist

Piezo Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Medical Business Development Strategist to drive strong double-digit growth and new OEM customer capture within the medical ultrasound market space. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing existing ultrasonic OEM medical accounts (KAM role) and leading the rapid growth of new product development programs (BD role).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy that identifies strategic business direction and growth opportunities, while monitoring and evaluating performance against goals.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all leads, quotes, and programs, utilizing the sales database for all proposals, NBO, and customer activities.
- Provide technical assistance to OEM customers, make technical sales presentations, and support interdepartmental projects.
**Requirements:**
A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in medical device business development, with a strong background in strategic selling, marketing principles, sales account management, and general management principles. Proficient with Microsoft Applications and sales database management tools.
**Salary Estimate:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
