Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Revenue Strategist to lead and develop a proactive sales effort with various market segments, drive revenue growth, and maximize hotel profitability.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic position that requires a strong understanding of hotel sales operations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts, exceeding revenue goals, and achieving budgeted total hotel revenue expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%)
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
