Sedgwick is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team.

As a Business Development Director at Sedgwick, you will play a key role in expanding and enhancing the company's top line through diligent relationship building and maintenance with prospective clients across an area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing internal and external relationships/partnerships
  • Facilitating the development of new partnerships and the implementation process
  • Developing detailed knowledge of individual prospect operations targeting specific needs
  • Managing the design of service programs to ensure client need fulfillment
  • Developing and implementing an annual sales and service plan

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five (5) years of relationship building in the claims management or risk management area
