A prominent healthcare organization is in search of a Marketing Events Specialist to enhance their team. This role will involve collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to facilitate over 40 national and regional industry trade shows and conferences each year, aimed at generating sales leads and enhancing customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with tradeshow organizers to acquire, evaluate, and relay information on show prospectuses and sponsorship options.
  • Overseeing inventory, repairs, and logistics from the main office.
  • Maintaining the yearly events calendar and ensuring internal communication regarding scheduling.
  • Managing bookings and registrations for trade shows, including travel and accommodations.
  • Providing support for on-site logistics at events, including booth setup and dismantling, furniture arrangements, electrical needs, lead retrieval device rentals, labor coordination, promotional materials, and documentation.
  • Assisting in budget oversight and conducting post-event return on investment analysis.
  • Creating pre- and post-event marketing communications.
  • Working alongside the marketing team to develop engaging promotional materials for events that align with corporate standards.
  • Documenting event processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Contributing to the development of new events and programs, including regional customer meetings and focus groups.
  • Supporting webinars, case studies, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Assisting with various marketing projects as required.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in marketing or event planning is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates integrity, ethics, and discretion when managing confidential information.
  • Ability to work on-site as needed for logistics management; capability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours to support event activities is essential.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in B2B or B2G marketing is a plus.
