Project Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tandym Group. As a key member of our project team, you will provide administrative support to our project management team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, ensuring all team members have access to the necessary information.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of project-related documents, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data analysis, reporting, and research.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
