Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Monitoring Representative to join our team at Colliers Engineering & Design. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for project management, construction oversight, and client management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage outside party projects
  • Conduct periodic field inspections and site visit reports
  • Run project meetings and distribute minutes
  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance
  • Manage client relationships
  • Review outside party work plan submissions for conformance with client construction requirements
  • Maintain records of railroads and other relevant information
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • 0-4 years of experience in the rail or heavy construction industry
  • Knowledge of local city, county, and state regulations
  • Proficiency in technical skills, including plan review and site inspections
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
