Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local and regional businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and independent retailers.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client objectives and develop targeted marketing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Marketing Proposal Development: Create and present strategic marketing proposals to key accounts and new business decision makers, highlighting the benefits of our multi-media marketing solutions.
  • Revenue Growth and Budget Management: Accurately project revenues and meet or exceed monthly budgets for all product lines, while developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in both on-air and online media.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of digital products and how they are positioned and sold in the marketplace, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Target Display, OTT/CTV, social media, email marketing, chat, website development, and others.
  • Business Acumen: A demonstrated understanding of and success in selling to local and regional businesses, including SMEs and independent retailers.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present multi-varied solutions to groups of people as needed.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft business software, including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and others, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications for prospecting and market insights.
