Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Evening Guest Service Representative to join our team at Staybridge Suites Rochester. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in guest service and hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
