Role Summary:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk operations. This pivotal role involves managing the daily functions of the front desk, guaranteeing that all guest interactions are handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, outstanding organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide front desk personnel, ensuring exemplary service is provided to every guest.
  • Administer daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Train and develop front desk staff to uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor room availability and manage inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and various administrative tasks as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory capacity within a hotel or comparable setting.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
