Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Evening Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic hospitality team at Staybridge Suites-Mayo Clinic Area in Rochester, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
