About the Role:

The Guest Service Representative is the Director of First Impressions, setting the tone for the entire guest experience. This role requires confident and compassionate communication, ensuring that guests' needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities include answering phones, checking guests in/out, fulfilling guest requests, communicating with the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams, and ensuring billing and payments are accurate. The Guest Service Representative must also actively ensure safety and security measures are in place.

This role may involve shuttling guests to/from the Duluth Airport or local restaurants during a shift.

About You:

We're looking for a positive and team-oriented individual who can work flexible hours, including weekends. You must be adaptable, able to juggle multiple tasks, and remain approachable under pressure.

An authentic interest in improving the guest experience through dedication, proactive communication, innovation, and collaboration is essential. A valid driver's license and evidence of insurability are also required.
