Role OverviewWe are seeking a self-motivated and responsible Evening Guest Service Representative to join our team. As the face of our hotel during the evening shift, you will be responsible for greeting guests, handling front desk operations, and providing world-class service. You will also be responsible for running the night audit to ensure accuracy and making personal connections with our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Run the night audit to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Must be a self-starter and responsible individual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
This full- or part-time position typically works evenings from 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
