About the RoleAs a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital member of our branch team, working closely with our financial advisors to deliver exceptional personalized service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to get to know our clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems but also see them coming a mile away.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
