Job Title: Office and Records Coordinator

Creighton University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and Records Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Registrar's office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office tasks, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Work directly with internal and external customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Process university forms, coordinate office supply orders, and maintain office equipment.
  • Communicate relevant university policies and procedures to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Manage transcript order and fulfillment process, including troubleshooting issues and communicating with constituents.
  • Maintain and update electronic student files, following document management and retention policies.
  • Train and supervise work study students to assist with verifying records and storing digital case files.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in office management, customer service, or related work.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technology-related role preferred.
  • Higher education experience preferred but not required.
