About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Coilplus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales efforts
  • Provide sales forecasts and inventory projections to support business planning and decision-making
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Coilplus' customer base
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Associate degree or equivalent required
