Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Interactive Process Technology LLC. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of our programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis and support for budget administration and financial management of assigned programs, projects, and program elements.
  • Support all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for assigned programs, projects, and program elements.
  • Track and report funds execution of assigned programs, projects, and program elements, including sub-allocations, commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of budget submissions, including Operations and Maintenance Documents, Research Development, Test and Evaluation Documents, and Procurement Documents.
  • Support the annual Department Program Review process, analyzing Service and Defense Agencies Program Objective Memorandum, Program Budget Review, and President's Budget submissions for assigned programs, projects, and program elements.
Requirements
  • Active Security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree required, but may be substituted by five additional years of federal or defense financial management experience
  • 15 years federal or defense financial management and budget experience, including a working knowledge of the DoD Financial Management Regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and tracking financial commitments, MIPRs, purchase requests, obligations, and expenditures, budgeting, and financial management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the PPBE process, such as preparing budget exhibits and forecasting
  • Able to create and maintain complex financial spreadsheets
  • Experience with related Government Financial Management systems
