Customer Service Advocate II

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
This role provides an opportunity to work with a global staff augmentation firm, US Tech Solutions, Inc., that offers total workforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The primary responsibilities of this position include providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. This involves performing research as needed to resolve inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries, and handling situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research.
