**Job Description:**
Job Responsibilities:- Resolve Inquiries: Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries, research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Document Interactions: Document all customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide Feedback: Provide feedback to management on customer problems and needs
- Record Complaints: Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and comments
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong human relations and organizational skills
- Able to handle high stress situations and make good judgments
**Salary Range:** $13-$14 per hour (estimated based on location)
