**Job Description:**

Job Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Inquiries: Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries, research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Document Interactions: Document all customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide Feedback: Provide feedback to management on customer problems and needs
  • Record Complaints: Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and comments

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong human relations and organizational skills
  • Able to handle high stress situations and make good judgments

**Salary Range:** $13-$14 per hour (estimated based on location)
