**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Responsible for researching and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer problems and needs

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong human relations and organizational skills
  • Able to handle high stress situations and make sound judgments

**Estimated Hourly Rate:** $13-$14 (based on location)
