Job Title: Customer Service Advocate Specialist

About the Role:

The Customer Service Advocate Specialist will provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to handle high-stress situations, and excellent judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Respond to non-routine inquiries that require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
  • Perform research as needed to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records of complaints and comments.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong human relations and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
