About the Role:The Customer Service Advocate Specialist will provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to handle high-stress situations, and excellent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Respond to non-routine inquiries that require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
- Perform research as needed to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records of complaints and comments.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong human relations and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
