Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Director to oversee and develop a sales team at Coastal Air Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving company revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales team activities, establishing clear goals and quotas
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
  • Track results and trends for business forecasting and informed decision-making
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build strong relationships with clients and establish new partnerships

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales leadership or management
  • Experience with CRM platforms and data analysis tools
  • Strong leadership qualities, including strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Familiarity with industry trends and market analysis

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
