As a key member of our sales team, the Used Vehicle Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of new and used car sales, including brand and non-brand vehicles. This individual will ensure that team members master product features and are product experts, and manage vehicle trade-in processes, inventory management systems, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales cycle from prospect to delivery, tracking client and sales activity

  • Create a comprehensive grasp of used vehicle operations and developed business acumen

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of related professional experience in new car and used vehicle sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Proven record of effectively leading and inspiring sales teams to attain sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
