Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $33.00 - $39.00 per hour, with a competitive benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement, travel discounts, and wireless service discounts. About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Hampton, where you'll work closely with the Director of Nursing and other leaders to maintain adequate nursing coverage and ensure safe patient care. Your responsibilities will include participating in the interview process, assessing staff performance, identifying educational needs, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.

You'll be an integral part of our nursing team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement. Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State)
