Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in North America and develop a pipeline of prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, positioning Adlinc as a trusted BPO partner.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients that highlight Adlinc's value proposition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, meetings, and networking events to represent Adlinc and expand your network.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align business development efforts with the company's strategic goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and progress in the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven business development experience in the BPO/call center industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within North America for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Commission Scheme: 5 - 7% of first year revenue generated from new client contracts.
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for exceeding revenue targets.
