Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in North America and develop a pipeline of prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, positioning Adlinc as a trusted BPO partner.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients that highlight Adlinc's value proposition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Attend relevant industry conferences, meetings, and networking events to represent Adlinc and expand your network.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align business development efforts with the company's strategic goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and progress in the sales pipeline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven business development experience in the BPO/call center industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within North America for client meetings and industry events.
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience)
- Commission Scheme: 5 - 7% of first year revenue generated from new client contracts.
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for exceeding revenue targets.
