TLS Logistics is a global 3PL logistics service provider with a strong presence in the market. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Nevada, US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet operational income targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop targeted customer and market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer and inquiry data in our CRM system and follow up on sent offers.
  • Prepare sales reports and participate in meetings and social activities as scheduled by the company management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and customer needs, including knowledge of incoterms, transportation methods, and warehouse needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and vendors.
  • Ability to provide guidance and feedback to improve sales skills and performance.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales for air and sea freight, road freight transportation, or warehousing.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office applications.
  • Management experience with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
