Sales Director

TLS Logistics is a global 3PL logistics service provider with a strong presence in the market. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Nevada, US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet operational income targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on sales strategies.
- Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plans to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop targeted customer and market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer and inquiry data in our CRM system and follow up on sent offers.
- Prepare sales reports and participate in meetings and social activities as scheduled by the company management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
- Strong understanding of logistics and customer needs, including knowledge of incoterms, transportation methods, and warehouse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and vendors.
- Ability to provide guidance and feedback to improve sales skills and performance.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales for air and sea freight, road freight transportation, or warehousing.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office applications.
- Management experience with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
