Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically greet and assist guests, locate event spaces, and answer general questions about the venue.
  • Ensure that guests receive immediate, friendly, and personalized service.
  • Be a brand ambassador and ensure each guest is fully aware of playing and dining options.
  • Communicate clearly, succinctly, and patiently to all guests and teammates.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.
  • Manage and maintain waitlists for hitting bays, assess guest needs, and use salesmanship tools to add value to the guests experience.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Must be friendly, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
  • Work schedule varies and will include working on days, nights, holidays, and weekends and requires standing and/or walking for extended periods.
  • Organizational, teamwork, and multi-tasking skills a must.
  • One or more years of experience working as a front desk agent or similar experience.
  • Experience with a computerized booking system/point of sale system.
  • Bilingual abilities a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs.
  • Ability to travel, unassisted as needed.
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at-a-time without assistance.
