  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the knowledge and skill sets of distribution center team members.

  • Develop innovative processes and procedures for ecommerce, omnichannel, and B2B order fulfillment.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the distribution center team.
  • Maintain knowledge of DOT, HAZMAT, and safety requirements to ensure effective shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams and team members.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • 7+ years of warehousing and distribution experience, 5+ years at the supervisor level or above.
  • Strong working knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Experience with Oracle/JD Edwards ERP system preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Consumer products experience a plus.
