Job Summary

As a Project Development Manager - Distributed Solar and Storage, you will play a key role in early-stage project development within ENGIE's Distributed Solar and Storage (DSS) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the origination of new greenfield projects across key DSS markets throughout the US.
  • Manage a small, autonomous team and drive transformational growth for the ENGIE DSS business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of work in renewable energy or other infrastructure development.
  • Conscientious, empathetic, detail-oriented, highly organized, and value inclusivity and diversity within a tight-knit team dynamic.
  • Three (3) years of experience in renewable project development, ideally with community/distributed-scale (1-20 MW) projects and related state programs.
  • Experience with real estate agreements in the context of renewable energy project development (options, leases, purchase agreements, title curative work, etc.).

  • Competitive salary range: $112,000 - $165,000 USD annually.
