Job Title: Contact Center Manager

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a seasoned contact center manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the contact center, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee the contact center's operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness in addressing customer inquiries and issues.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of contact center professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes continuous learning and professional development.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the contact center, ensuring service excellence and adherence to established standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of frontline management experience, minimum 3 years of sales experience, and experience with contact center training programs preferred
