Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient experience and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, Medicare conditions for coverage, and Arizona State Department of Health regulations
- Lead and direct all activities related to administration, facilities, human resources, information technology, insurance, marketing, medical records, patient satisfaction, physician relations, purchasing, and risk management
- Develop and manage annual budgets, analyzing financial performance, room and staff utilization, and case profitability
- Lead a productive and team-oriented work environment, conducting regular staff meetings, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Manage expenses, review invoices, and reconcile reimbursement requests
- Coordinate cleaning schedules for lab and other offices as needed
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a business discipline
- Five or more years of ASC management experience, including responsibility for regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated skills in finance, surgery, facility management, operations, and strategy
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail
- Affinity for fast-paced, ever-changing environments, and a positive attitude
- Above-average written and oral skills, and ability to interact well with others
