Ambulatory Surgical Center Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambulatory Surgical Center Director to lead our team and drive the success of our healthcare organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the Surgery Center, ensuring the highest level of quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient experience and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, Medicare conditions for coverage, and Arizona State Department of Health regulations
- Lead and direct all activities related to administration, facilities, human resources, information technology, insurance, marketing, medical records, patient satisfaction, physician relations, purchasing, and risk management
- Develop and manage annual budgets, analyzing financial performance, room and staff utilization, and case profitability
- Lead a productive and team-oriented work environment, conducting regular staff meetings, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Manage expenses, review invoices, and reconcile reimbursement requests
- Coordinate cleaning schedules for lab and other offices as needed
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a business discipline
- Five or more years of ASC management experience, including responsibility for regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated skills in finance, surgery, facility management, operations, and strategy
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail
- Affinity for fast-paced, ever-changing environments, and a positive attitude
- Above-average written and oral skills, and ability to interact well with others
