Job Title: Enrollment Service Assistant

  • Collaborate with Enrollment Officer to coordinate, manage, and audit college enrollment services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and community members.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process student applications for admissions, registration, and data entry.
  • Verify fee payment and tuition calculation through SPIN.
  • Collect and enter enrollment information, including official roll sheets, transcripts, and milestones.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the electronic lab.

Requirements:

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • One (1) year experience in admissions or registration in an academic setting of higher education.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to alphabetize and communicate effectively with a diverse population.
  • Keen attentiveness to detail and computer literacy skills in PeopleSoft, Windows, Excel, and Word.
