Enrollment Specialist

Join the University of St. Thomas - Houston team as an Enrollment Specialist in the Records and Transcripts Department of the Office of the Registrar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing student records and transcripts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollment-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and maintain accurate student records, including transcripts and enrollment information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Registrar's Office team to ensure seamless enrollment processes and maintain compliance with university policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education or business administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
