About the Role

Houston Community College (HCC) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enrollment Service Assistant to join our team. As an Enrollment Service Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the enrollment process, ensuring that students have a seamless experience from application to registration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process student applications, registrations, and other enrollment-related tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that enrollment processes are aligned with college policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases related to enrollment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • One year of experience in admissions or registration in an academic setting of higher education.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to alphabetize and communicate courteously and effectively with a diverse population.
  • Keen attentiveness to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
