Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager Lead to join our team. As a Sales Manager Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading a team of sales associates. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales to exceed personal and store daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals.
  • Support Sales Manager duties, frequently acting as Manager on duty, to accomplish the following objectives:
    • Perform pre-testing as needed.
    • Support training, coaching, and development of retail associates.
    • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals based on the assigned stores.
    • Resolve customer issues and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Communicate and execute company's standards and directives to staff.
    • Assume responsibility for other duties as developed.
  • Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
  • Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
Requirements
  • At least one year of retail management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience in a secondary leadership role or managed small sales teams.
  • Demonstrated outstanding sales performance throughout your retail career.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
  • Adaptability in adjusting to changing priorities, business needs, and plans.
  • Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
