About the Role

As a Commercial Loan Processor/Office Assistant at First Bank and Trust Company, you will be responsible for processing commercial loans, composing correspondence, and organizing files. You will also provide administrative support to the SVP Regional Credit Officer as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Directly supports the designated Commercial Loan Officers in preparing loan packages
  • Performs general clerical duties, including mailing, filings, copying, and faxing
  • Composition of correspondence and organization and maintenance of commercial file system

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • Five or more years of Loan Processing Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Math and analytical skills
