Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Services Coordinator to join our team at DOCS Health.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a trusted industry leader, providing medical services to military personnel across various locations.

As a Medical Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting physical health assessments, reviewing medical records, and identifying concerns that need to be addressed immediately.

About the Role

This role involves working weekends and occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in the State of VA on an as-needed basis.

You will provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for various branches, including the U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, and more.

The ideal candidate will have experience with primary care, urgent care, or occupational health, and knowledge of military systems, protocols, and terminology.

Responsibilities
  • Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
  • Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
  • Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
  • Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
Requirements
  • A Supervising Physician may be required depending on state requirements.
  • An active NP license in the state is mandatory.
  • CPR/BLS Certification is essential.
  • Experience with mobile medical services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology is preferred.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments with large volumes of service members seen daily.
  • Able to work extended hours and travel with weekend availability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and basic computer knowledge are necessary.
Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
