About the Role:

Seeking Office Management Executive to lead administrative operations at Horizon Vert Pure LLC. Key responsibilities include financial document preparation, vendor relationship management, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of office operations, including record-keeping and facility maintenance
  • Prepare and process financial documents using QuickBooks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks and provide support to the management team
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office management or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Kreyol is an asset
Salary Range:

$70,000 - $85,000 per year
