Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical writer in the utilities or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of either of the following processes & their applications: SCADA systems, Automation engineering, and/or Operational Technology
  • Experience creating technical documentation for OT Network or SCADA software & utilities operations.
  • Experience with documentation tools and content management systems.
