">We are currently seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team in one of our locations in Taylor, Auburn Hills, Livonia, or Southfield. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

- Manage office equipment, supplies, and facilities to create a productive work environment.">
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements and maintain expense records.">
- Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and within deadlines.">
- Maintain petty cash and perform data entry tasks as needed.">
- Perform administrative duties to support the office team.">
- Other tasks assigned by management to ensure the success of the team.">
Requirements
">Applicants should possess:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a related field.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks to manage administrative tasks efficiently.">
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to interact with colleagues and clients effectively.">
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and other tasks.">
- An Associate degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.">
Compensation
">The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $62,000 per annum, depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm onsite. We offer a competitive package for the right candidate.
